Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh ripe watermelon cubes from a seedless melon
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt regular or a dariy-free variety
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar optional (Only needed if the watermelon isn’t very sweet.)

Instructions

  1. Place the watermelon cubes and yogurt in the blender. Cover and puree until smooth. Taste to determine if sugar is needed.
  2. Add the ice cubes (and sugar if desired). Then cover and puree until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Garnish with watermelon cubes or slices, or sliced strawberries.
