Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice store-bought or homemade*
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Add pomegranate juice to a saucepan over medium low heat.
  2. Add in sugar.
  3. Stir constantly and cook until the surface just begins to bubble and the sugar is completely dissolved. (Don’t boil the mixture!)
  4. Remove your syrup from the heat and allow it to cool before using it in your cocktails.
