Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole

Need guacamole in a hurry? This Easy 4 Ingredient Guacamole can be made in just 5 minutes and only uses 4 ingredients: avocados, coriander, lime juice and salt. But don’t worry, there is no compromise on taste – it still tastes amazing! (Serves 4-6, depending on appetite and accompaniments.)

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados skin and stones removed, and roughly chopped
  • 5 g fresh coriander roughly chopped – plus extra for garnish
  • juice of ½ lime or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped avocados in a bowl and roughly mash with the back of a fork until you achieve your preferred consistency.
  2. Stir in the chopped coriander.
  3. Add salt and lime juice to taste.
  4. Garnish with more coriander
