Easy 5-min. Strawberry Matcha Latte
This 5-minute Strawberry Matcha Latte blends muddled fresh strawberries and sugar with milk, ice, and frothy matcha. The combination balances fruity sweetness with the herbal bitterness of matcha, creating a refreshing chilled beverage with layered flavors and contrasting textures.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk or plant-based milk
- 4 medium strawberries with stems removed
- 2.5 tablespoon granulated sugar or sub with honey or maple syrup, white
- 1.5 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 4 tablespoon water boiling hot
- 8 ice cubes optional

- Pour milk over the ice and set aside.
- Then sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot boiling water to the matcha and whisk until frothy for 30 seconds.
