Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Toast the 4-6 slices of bread until golden and set aside.
- Add the 2 ripe avocados to a medium-sized bowl and mash to the desired consistency with a fork. Add in the 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons minced red onion, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the avocado mixture on top of the toasted bread and top with your favorite garnishes.
