Easy Air Fryer Broccoli

We love quick and easy air fryer broccoli served with pretty much any main dish for a simple weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli head into florets, keeping the florets on the medium to larger side to prevent the tops from burning.
  2. Place in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Transfer to the air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F/180°C for 10-12 minutes until the stalks are tender and the tops are starting to brown.
  4. Remove and serve with lemon wedges.
