Easy Air Fryer Cauliflower

Crispy air fryer cauliflower seasoned with paprika and garlic powder is a delicious, easy side dish you will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg / 2lb cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl then pour over the olive oil.
  2. Add all the seasonings then toss well to make sure all the cauliflower florets are coated in the spices. 
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F/190°C then add the cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Air fry the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
  5. Shake the air fryer basket half way through, ensuring the cauliflower is evenly cooked until the cauliflower is golden and crisp on the edges.
  6. You'll know the cauliflower is cooked when the stems are easily pierces with a sharp knife.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
