Ingredients
- 1 kg / 2lb cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl then pour over the olive oil.
- Add all the seasonings then toss well to make sure all the cauliflower florets are coated in the spices.
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F/190°C then add the cauliflower in a single layer.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 20 minutes.
- Shake the air fryer basket half way through, ensuring the cauliflower is evenly cooked until the cauliflower is golden and crisp on the edges.
- You'll know the cauliflower is cooked when the stems are easily pierces with a sharp knife.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
