Ingredients
- 4 salmon portions about 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic about 2 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- lemon slices for serving (optional)
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
- Add 4 salmon portions to the dish and flip to coat both sides in the marinade.
- Sprinkle each portion evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius) for 5 minutes.
- Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place salmon portions in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius) for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove salmon from the air fryer and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
