Ingredients

  • 4 salmon portions about 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic  about 2 cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • lemon slices for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, combine 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
  2. Add 4 salmon portions to the dish and flip to coat both sides in the marinade.
  3. Sprinkle each portion evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius) for 5 minutes.
  5. Spritz the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Place salmon portions in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius) for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the filets, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove salmon from the air fryer and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
