Easy Bacon Lettuce Wraps

This Bacon Lettuce Wrap is a low-carb twist on your favorite sandwich. It's easy, delicious and filling making it a great lunch or dinner idea.

Ingredients

  • 8 lettuce large leaves
  • 8 lices Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced thin, large
  • ranch dressing for drizzling

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make a base for the wraps with two lettuce leaves. 
  2. Top each lettuce base with chopped bacon and tomato slices. Drizzle with ranch dressing if eating immediately; otherwise, pack the dressing in small lidded containers.
  3. Fold lettuce leaves over and the sides in and pack inside a lunch container.
