Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cod , 4 filets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Season fish with garlic salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spoon melted butter over the fish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
