Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes washed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and wash the potatoes before piercing the sweet potatoes with a fork all over.
  2. Place on baking sheet lined with foil and cook for 45-50 minutes until tender and serve sliced open with butter, salt and pepper.
