Easy Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 10 oz Nilla Wafers
  • 5 bananas peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese into a large bowl. Beat it until smooth using a hand mixer.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract. Keep beating until combined.
  3. Stir in half of the Cool Whip.
  4. In a large bowl, add 1/3 of the wafers to the bottom in one single layer.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas.
  6. Then add 1/3 of the pudding mixture on top of the bananas. Spread it out evenly.
  7. Repeat this process with 2 more layers. Then top with the remaining Cool Whip.
  8. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
