Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts fillets and cut into trips (You can use chicken tenderloins)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray.
- Pour the BBQ sauce and water in a shallow bowl and whisk together.
- In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs and the panko bread crumbs.
- Dip one piece of chicken into the BBQ sauce and coat completely. Then dip in the bread crumb mixture and coat completely.
- Place on the foil lined cookie sheet. Continue with each piece of chicken.
- Spray all the chicken lightly with non stick spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Then turn on the broiler and cook for another 2 minutes (until they get crispy). Watch closely!
