Easy Beef and Broccoli
Easy Beef and Broccoli combines thinly sliced flank steak with fresh broccoli florets in a savory sauce blending soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and spices like garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. The steak cooks quickly in a hot skillet before the broccoli and sauce are added to create a tender, flavorful dish with a slightly thickened sauce. This Chinese-American-style stir fry delivers a balance of sweet, salty, and spicy notes and works well as a quick main dish served with rice.
