Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

This beef and broccoli stir fry uses thinly sliced london broil steak cooked with broccoli florets in a savory sauce combining soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch for thickening. The stir fry yields tender textured beef and crisp-tender broccoli coated in a balanced, slightly sweet and aromatic sauce. It is commonly served over rice and optionally garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
