Ingredients
- 6 oz arugula baby
- 1 shallot halved and sliced, small
- 6 oz blackberry fresh
- 6 oz raspberries fresh
- 6 oz strawberry fresh
- 4 oz burrata cheese
For Dressing
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon juice of, large
- kosher salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Make the dressing. Place extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the arugula, shallots, and berries (all three berry varieties). Pour the dressing on top and gently toss.
- Transfer the berry salad to a serving platter and arrange burrrata cheese on top. Enjoy!
