  • 1 shallot halved and sliced, small
  • 6 oz blackberry fresh
  • 6 oz raspberries fresh
  • 6 oz strawberry fresh
  • 4 oz burrata cheese

For Dressing

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice of, large
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing. Place extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the arugula, shallots, and berries (all three berry varieties). Pour the dressing on top and gently toss.
  3. Transfer the berry salad to a serving platter and arrange burrrata cheese on top. Enjoy!

  • Prepare the salad shortly before serving; refrigerate undressed components to maintain freshness.
