Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan butter softened, unsalted, at room temperature
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 confectioners sugar 3 ½ cups, 1-pound package
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or a large bowl if you’re using a handheld electric mixer), add the room temperature vegan butter. Whisk the vegan butter on medium speed for 2 minutes. Then, add the Biscoff cookie butter and mix for another minute.
  2. Slowly add the sugar while continuously beating the vegan butter mixture.
  3. Add in the plant-based milk and beat for an additional three minutes until light and fluffy.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature vegan butter for smooth mixing and fluffy texture.
  • Adjust the confectioners sugar and plant-based milk to achieve desired frosting thickness.
  • If frosting is too airy, reduce mixer speed or fold out excess air with a spatula.
  • Add softened vegan butter gradually if the frosting appears separated or broken.
  • Chilling the frosting for 15-20 minutes can help it firm up before frosting cakes or cupcakes.
