Easy Bisquick Peach Cobbler

This Easy Bisquick Peach Cobbler uses peeled and sliced peaches with a batter made from Bisquick, sugar, milk, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Baking the mixture in a greased dish produces a golden, cake-like topping that surrounds the tender, juicy peaches beneath. The result is a comforting, warm dessert with soft, lightly spiced fruit and a tender crust, ideal served with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Use fresh peaches peeled and sliced, or thawed and drained frozen peaches, or well-drained canned peaches for best texture.
  • Cover cobbler loosely with foil if the topping browns too quickly while baking.
  • Bisquick can be replaced by similar baking mixes, including gluten-free options, or homemade batter alternatives.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream to complement the warm spices and soft fruit filling.
  • For larger servings, double quantities and bake in a deep 13x9 inch pan.
