Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy pork sausage or mild
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons chives or finely chopped scallions
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Set out a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix by hand until the mixture is smooth and even.
- Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll them tight so they don’t crack while baking.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
