Easy Bisquick Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy pork sausage or mild
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons chives or finely chopped scallions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Set out a large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix by hand until the mixture is smooth and even.
  3. Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll them tight so they don’t crack while baking.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
