Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick baking mix, milk, egg, and vegetable oil until just combined.
  2. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with nonstick spray or a little vegetable oil to ensure easy waffle removal.
  3. Pour enough batter into the center of the hot waffle iron to just cover the waffle grid.
  4. Close the lid and cook the waffles until golden brown and the steam has mostly stopped, about 5 minutes. Then, gently remove the waffles and serve immediately.
