Easy Breaded Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Then whisk the eggs together in one bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, paprika, coriander, garlic, Italian herbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg and then into the bread crumb mix. Lay them out on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are crispy and golden brown. Serve hot.
