Ingredients
- 4 oz/150g bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F/250°C and place a griddle pan on the highest rack in the oven.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels then drizzle with olive oil.
- Mix together the spices then sprinkle the dry rub over the pork chops, coating both sides.
- Carefully place the pork chops on the pre-heated pan and broil for 2-3 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until the pork chops are golden brown, juicy and tender.
- Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
