Easy Broiled Pork Chops

Juicy broiled pork chops cooked in under 10 minutes in the oven are perfect served with easy side dishes for a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz/150g bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F/250°C and place a griddle pan on the highest rack in the oven.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels then drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Mix together the spices then sprinkle the dry rub over the pork chops, coating both sides.
  4. Carefully place the pork chops on the pre-heated pan and broil for 2-3 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until the pork chops are golden brown, juicy and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
