Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
Sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Place a wire rack on top of a baking sheet lined with foil. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Dry the wings thoroughly with a paper towel. Season them with baking powder and garlic parsley salt.
- Arrange the wings on the wire rack and bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cooked wings to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve them hot with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
