Easy Cajun Air Fryer Fish

Ingredients
- 800 g (1½lb) fresh fish fillets I used hake but any white fish will work.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the fish into portions then place in the air fryer basket.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oil, spices and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Spoon the cajun-spiced oil over the fish, coating each piece thoroughly.
- Air fry the fish at 200?/400? for 8-10 minutes until the fish is caramelized on the outside and opaque and fork tender on the inside.
- Remove the fish from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges and side dishes of your choice.
