Easy Cajun Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined, large or jumbo
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel. Add them to a mixing bowl along with the cajun seasoning and toss to evenly coat.
  2. Cook the shrimp. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
