Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Bacon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Cut the bacon strips in half and arrange them on the prepared pan, without overlapping.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, brown sugar, and black pepper.
- Brush the maple sugar mixture on top of the bacon. Flip each piece of bacon to brush the bottom side too.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
