Ingredients

  • 2 cans of corned beef
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
