Easy Cheddar Bacon Broccoli Salad

Perfect for parties! (Or getting kids to eat their veggies!) This easy Bacon Cheddar Broccoli Salad only requires 4 simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped or 2 broccoli crowns, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins may substitute regular raisins
  • 2/3 container 16oz Kraft Bacon Cheddar Dip (Feel free to add more if you like it extra creamy!)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. Add broccoli florets and boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat, strain broccoli in colander.
  4. Rinse broccoli with cold water, drain and dry thoroughly.
  5. In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, carrots, raisins, and and Kraft Bacon Cheddar Dip. Toss to coat evenly. Add salt to taste.
