Easy Cherry Sorbet

A cooling summer treat with cherries, less sugar, and that's easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cherries pitted, 6 cups
  • 1/3 cup sugar 66 g
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Freeze Cherries: Add pitted cherries to a freezer safe container and freeze for up to 3-4 hrs (or use frozen cherries!)
  2. Blend: Add it all to a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend until creamy.
  3. Freeze: Add blended cherries to a loaf pan or another freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Scoop and Enjoy!
