Easy Chicken Gyros with Greek Feta Sauce
This recipe assembles chicken gyros using cooked chicken breast, fresh vegetables like romaine, tomatoes, and cucumber, warmed pita bread, and a homemade Greek feta sauce that blends olive oil, yogurt, feta cheese, vinegar, mustard, and herbs. The feta sauce is smooth and tangy, complementing the layered sandwich of protein and crisp vegetables. The dish is flexible regarding chicken preparation and toppings, allowing customization to taste.
