Easy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 16 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken cooked
  • 2 cup Monterey jack cheese divided, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 20 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • parsley optional, dried

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
  3. Mix together cooked pasta, chicken, soup, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish covered in non-stick baking spray.
  5. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley (optional).
  6. Cover with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
