Easy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
This Easy Chicken Spaghetti combines cooked spaghetti noodles with rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, salsa, sour cream, and cheese. Baked until cheese melts and the mixture is heated through, it results in a cheesy, saucy casserole that blends creamy and savory flavors, suitable for a comforting main dish.
Ingredients
- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken cooked
- 2 cup Monterey jack cheese divided, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 20 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- parsley optional, dried
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
- Mix together cooked pasta, chicken, soup, salsa, sour cream, taco seasoning and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish covered in non-stick baking spray.
- Top with 1/2 cup cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley (optional).
- Cover with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
