Easy Chinese Broccoli and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon table salt
  • 1 cup vegetable broth can use chicken as well, divided, reduced sodium
  • 5 cup broccoli about a 12 oz bag, florets, uncooked
  • 1 zucchini large
  • 1 TBS ginger root fresh, minced
  • 2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
  • ¼ cup water s
  • ¼ cup soy sauce s, low-sodium
  • ¾ TBS corn starch
