Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce jar light mayonnaise (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Use as a condiment on burgers and Baja Fish Tacos or as a dipping sauce with fries and Mexican Crispy Roasted Potatoes!
