Ingredients

  • 1 lb coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix and toss lightly to combine.
  3. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
