This is the ultimate creamy avocado sauce that also doubles as a dip and salad dressing! Even better, there is no additional oil and instead relies on the creamy, healthy fats in the avocado to make a perfectly rich and silky avocado sauce that you will want to put on everything.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 30 seconds, scraping down the sides as needed until a thick cream is formed.
