Easy Crock pot Beef and Broccoli Recipe
This Beef and Broccoli recipe slow-cooks round steak in a savory sauce of beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil until tender. Broccoli is added near the end to cook through while the sauce thickens with a cornstarch slurry. The dish combines tender meat, crisp-tender broccoli, and a flavorful, glossy sauce served over rice.
