Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless, 450g
  • 2 Cups salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning optional, or fajita seasoning

Instructions

  2. Top with fajita seasoning or taco seasoning if using, followed by the salsa.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. Take chicken out and shred. Reduce salsa if you wish.
  5. Return chicken to crockpot and stir everything together.
