Easy Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese optional
  • chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Slice baguette into ¼" slices.
  3. Brush each slice with olive oil and place in a single layer on a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese if using
  4. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from the oven and rub each slice with the garlic and sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Cool and serve.
