EASY Cucumber Salad with Dill
This Cucumber Salad with Dill features thinly sliced cucumbers and red onion marinated in a vinegar blend with sugar and salt. The cucumbers' texture is crisp and refreshing but softened slightly by the salt curing. The combination of red wine, white balsamic, and cider vinegars balances tanginess with slightly sweet notes.
