Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery *diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion *sliced
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and allow them to cool entirely before peeling.
  2. Chop eggs using a slicer or knife.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onion, salt/pepper, Paprika, and seasoning (if using).
  4. Spread mixture onto croissant, lettuce wrap, or enjoy as is!
