Easy Five Spice Chicken Wings - Gluten Free

An aromatic blend of spices makes a delicious marinade for these chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of chicken wings and drumettes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon tamari
  • 2 teaspoon five spice powder
  • Zest of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • brown sugar
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for brown sugar and pour over chicken wings in a ziplock bag.
  3. Marinate one hour.
  4. Line a sheet pan with foil. Put chicken wings in pan and discard marinade. Make sure wings are not overcrowded or they won't cook.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until done.
  7. Top with parsley.
