Easy Fried Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500g) shelf stable gnocchi (1 x 15 oz packet of premade gnocchi)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Optional sauce
  • Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan.
  2. Add the gnocchi and fry for a few minutes, turning often, until golden.
  3. Divide the gnocchi between plates and serve topped with sauce as desired.
