Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup monk fruit/allulose powdered
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer until you have stiff peaks, then set aside.
- Add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetener, honey and vanilla into a separate mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined. Mix in the whipped cream, in 3 separate additions.
- Mix just until combined, then chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.
- Serve with a variety of fresh fruit.
