Ingredients
Fruit Salad
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups peeled and sliced kiwis
- 2 cups halved red seedless grapes
- 2 cups drained canned mandarin oranges
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
Dressing
- ⅔ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions
- Add orange juice, lemon juice, and honey to a saucepan.
- Bring it to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Make a cornstarch slurry with the cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of cold water whisked together. Pour the slurry into the dressing and whisk. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
- Add all of the fruits to a large mixing bowl and pour the dressing over.
- Stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
