Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup frozen fruit (any frozen fruit will work great)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (regular or greek yogurt)
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Place the water in the blender.
- Then dump in frozen fruit and yogurt.
- Place on lid and blend for a few minutes until it is smooth.
- Add the ice into the blender 1/2 cup at a time and blend between each addition until the smoothie is the consistency that you prefer.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
