These are the cheesiest funeral potatoes you'll ever make with the best crispy, crunchy topping. Not only are they incredibly easy to make, but they are pure comfort food!

Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen cubed potatoes (hashbrowns), thawed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Add the hash browns, onion powder, garlic powder, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl. Mix until it's fully combined.
- Pour the potato mixture into a 9x13 baking dish.
- To a small mixing bowl, add the butter and cornflakes. Mix until the butter coats the cornflakes.
- Sprinkle the cornflakes evenly over the potato mixture.
- Bake in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. You want it hot and bubbly and the topping browned.

Notes
- Be sure that the potatoes are fully thawed. If they aren't thawed, it will add water to the casserole and make it watery.
