Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Iceberg lettuce cored and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 lices cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs diced
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced into half rings, or 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 recipe Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add chopped iceberg lettuce
  2. Scatter the remaining toppings over the lettuce: tomatoes, cooked bacon, eggs, croutons and onion.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and serve.
