Ingredients
- 1 medium head Iceberg lettuce cored and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 lices cooked bacon chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs diced
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1/4 medium red onion thinly sliced into half rings, or 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 recipe Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped iceberg lettuce
- Scatter the remaining toppings over the lettuce: tomatoes, cooked bacon, eggs, croutons and onion.
- Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and serve.
