Easy Ground Venison Stir Fry Recipe

Ground venison stir fry is so flavorful and easy to make at home. It’s one of our favorite ground venison recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • bunch of basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add ground venison, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Mix well.
  2. Add oil to a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Then add garlic and ginger. Stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced bell pepper and cook for 2 about minutes.
  4. Turn the heat to high, and add ground venison mixture. Stir fry for about 5 minutes or until the meat is nicely browned.
  5. Add oyster sauce and basil leaves. Mix well. Serve and enjoy!
