Easy Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, kosher salt, and chopped red onion to the avocado in the bowl.
  3. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until well combined but still slightly chunky. Adjust seasoning to taste.
